We’ve recently completed a property development branding project for a luxurious villa in Tuscany.
Il Pozzo, which is Italian for “the well”, is a stunning property near Pienza, that has just undergone a huge renovation project.
The client asked us to design a logo, a brochure and a responsive website to help market the property more effectively.
Our solution for the logo was to take the idea of a well and show a drop of water trickling from the ‘O’ in the name. This theme worked equally well when applied to the property’s wine and olive oil produce and helped to provide a consistent and memorable graphic language.
The use of luxurious photography, classic typography and a refined tone of voice across the responsive website has resulted in an elegant feel that has seen bookings increase exponentially.
