When four market-leading compliance businesses merged, we were asked to help give them some synergy and a better positioning in their market.
After a strategic review of the business it was decided to create an new holding company but retain the equity of the existing brands through an endorsed structure. The name we suggested was Alcumus – the son of Mentor, alongside the brand proposition of “knowledge assured”.
The fundamental idea behind the group is that through their unrivalled knowledge of the compliance and certification sector they are best placed to guide and protect their clients.
The logo neatly sums up protection and guidance by linking five shields to leave the negative shape of a star.
