Global internal communications

BP realised that they weren’t utilising their employees’ knowledge well and that as a consequence it wasn’t being shared effectively. They came to us for some help launching a major new intranet.

We created a global internal communications program called OneBP that focussed on the benefits of the new system, showing how it would make BP people’s lives easier. It was explained through a proposition of “everything under the sun” – a reference to their Helios logo and a simple graphic language that alluded to an internet search field.

The work was effective, attracting 40,000 visits a day and three times the number of searches of its predecessor.
