Rebranding
Nationwide are a family-run printer that has been in business for over 70 years.
Following a substantial investment in the very latest technology, they asked us to examine their brand with a view to to them re-establishing themselves in a crowded and competitive marketplace.
We found that although technology was important, it wasn’t enough of a differentiator and that as quality should be a given we decided to focus on a less tangible quality.
Our research showed that their customers valued their attentive service above all else. With that in mind we suggested a brand story based on the idea of service with a smile. Their new identity presented a bold, fun story to their audience.
Customer recall increased by 64% following implementation.
